In order to make the team of our sales department more united, stronger and more competitive, as well as to better adapt to the infinitely changing market environment, our company specially organized a weekend outdoor training.
This training expounded abstract truths through simple games, which made us rediscover: will, decisiveness, passion, courage, cooperation. It also brought endless fun, confidence, courage and thinking to all our participating employees. Only through unity and cooperation can we achieve victory. At the end of the activity, our company also held a birthday party for the birthday partners that day, which made everyone cherish this rare memory.
The day’s outdoor training has ended, but the outdoor training in work and life has just begun. It’s firmly believed that this outdoor training will continue to affect each of us in the future work and study. This is the enthusiasm and confidence that July brings to us.
